the location was perfect, right beside a river, and the view from the room was breathtaking. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and ensured that I had a comfortable stay. the restaurant served delicious food, and the portions were generous. I also appreciated the various amenities in the room such as an electric blanket and a geyser for hot water.

The riverside location was fantastic, and the staff was cordial. The hotel provided transportation upon my request and breakfast was sufficient in quantity and taste. I found the hotel facilities to be well-maintained and clean.

Spent my Christmas at this hotel. The view from the front view point was amazing. Being beside the river was cool. Breakfast was fairly nice with a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and helpful especially one guy who went out of his way for me.
Couldn't sleep well at night because of the noise outside my room. The room heater was not working so it was too cold at night.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the picturesque views surrounding the hotel. the hotel's location beside a beautiful river was a highlight of our stay. we appreciated the value for money we received with the set menu offered at the hotel's restaurant. the staff was also well behaved and went above and beyond to provide us with the best service possible.
The lack of cleanliness in our room. There were different imperfections, and the room needed improvement.

I was amazed by the very nice location of this hotel. Being surrounded by nature and having the river right at my doorstep was amazing. The views were as fine as they appeared in the pictures.
